A classic thinly sliced sirloin served with sautéed onions, green and red peppers and our HOE fries. All tossed together in a skillet topped with Cheez Whiz, two eggs cooked your way with a choice of toast.
Thursday: Cuban Sandwich
Two pieces of Italian bread lightly buttered and grilled to perfection with melted swiss cheese, ham, house smoked pulled pork, white Alabama BBQ sauce and thinly sliced pickles. Served with your choice of fries.
Friday: Roasted Chicken and Grits
Slow roasted chicken thighs marinated over night with rosemary and garlic served a top creamy grits and a warm mushroom-bacon sauce.
Weekend: The HOEnut
A grilled, glazed doughnut from Buckeye Donuts with fresh farm sausage, warm bacon jam, melted American cheese and an over hard egg. The perfect combination of sweet and savory!
